I am an illustrator, writer, and member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. I graduated with honors from Columbus College of Art & Design with a major in Illustration and a minor in Comics & Narrative. My primary full-time job is being a single mom to the most amazing source of inspiration, my son Ashton. I am passionate about children’s mental health and my goal is to team up with philanthropic organizations to create work that will raise money and awareness.

During my junior year, I completed a minicomic called, “Your Brain on Drugs.” My goal was to express that it’s okay to feel different and that we can’t expect the same solutions to work for everyone.

Umbrella Academy
For my Comics & Narrative class, we were assigned a project that was meant to help us better understand an artist whom we admired and their process. I chose Gabrial Ba, an extremely talented artist who illustrated the comic book series, The Umbrella Academy. The above images are meant to be replicas, all artistic credit goes to Gabrial Ba.

Scintillate
A project where I chose to design a product around one word; “Scintillate.” Scintillate is a brand of makeup I created with mascara and eyeshadow. I used Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to achieve the final package design and mockups.
